Wanted – Exceptionally organized individual with logistical problem solving skills. Must have the ability to coordinate multiple priorities to meet established quality standards that adhere to company time lines and season release dates. As the Product Developer you will be accountable for the development of products within an assigned area of responsibility by managing aspects of the development process.

This position reports to the Director of Research & Development with responsibilities for projects and the activities for maintaining assigned specification spreadsheets and sample development.

The Product Developer applies knowledge of product develop processes and tactical problem solving skills to coordinate multi-functional efforts to meet the line development calendar. Attention to details, exceptional communication, work-planning and organizational skills are a must. Successful performance requires excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and details while adhering to timelines and release dates.

Qualified candidate should possess a minimum 1 – 3 years experience in various phases of product development are required. Computer skills such as (Microsoft Office) Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Illustrator are also required. Excellent interpersonal relations skills are also necessary, including the ability to negotiate time frames and communicate verbally and in writing in a multi-cultural environment.
