Primary Arms Online has announced the promotion of Jimmy Durham to senior manager of customer service, storefront and FFL operations.
Durham is a 13-year veteran of the US Army with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. In late 2017, Durham joined Primary Arms as a firearms product specialist. He was promoted to FPS supervisor in early 2018, followed by an additional promotion to assistant customer service and storefront manager in 2019. In August of 2020, he became the customer service and storefront manager, helping drive record-high sales demand.
