Wayne is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in the consumer goods industry. With a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success, he brings a wealth of global experience to the boardroom.
Throughout his career, Wayne has held multiple executive and non-executive positions in prominent multinational global consumer goods companies, most notably at Nestlé. He has been instrumental in driving market entry, spearheading innovation processes and structures, managing research and development efforts, engaging in venture investments, and exploring emerging markets. Moreover, Wayne has played a pivotal role in orchestrating successful mergers and acquisitions and managing complex change initiatives. Wayne is set to retire from Nestlé, and will progressively spend more time in Sydney, where his son, daughter and grandchildren are based.
