Uvex and UTC-ButcherBox Cycling today announce their partnership, bringing together a shared vision and collaboration that aims to further positive sustainability efforts that benefit everyone, fostering a future that is not only better for us but for the planet.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Uvex, a globally renowned brand known for its groundbreaking concepts and unwavering dedication to protecting both people and the planet,” says – Dino Piskopanis, Co-founder and Strategic Director of ButcherBox Cycling.
“By joining forces with Uvex, we are aligning ourselves with a legacy that prioritizes sustainability and innovation, mirroring our own goals and values.  Being a part of the UVEX family is a privilege, and we look forward to what we can achieve together in pursuit of our shared vision.”

The team will be wearing a variety of both performance and lifestyle sunglasses throughout the summer racing season. At the recent Winston-Salem Cycling Classic Criterium, the majority of the Butcherbox team opted to wear the flagship Uvex Sportstyle 236 Set on their way to finishing on the podium in the team competition. The riders utilized both the dark and clear lenses depending on light conditions.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with ButcherBox UTC Cycling Team,” says Christian Eaton, brand director of Uvex USA. “We look forward to working in conjunction with the team to push the limits of performance for not only the athletes but also our technologies.”
