Uncharted Supply Co. ©, the leader in innovative products and education designed to help people navigate unforeseen emergency situations, has teamed up with Harley-Davidson via a licensing agreement to develop motorcycle rider-focused products. The brands’ partnership and new product line-up will first be unveiled at the Harley-Davidson Dealer Summit on August 19th in Milwaukee.
A long-time Harley-Davidson owner himself, Uncharted Supply Co. Founder and CEO, Christian Schauf, recognized a need for products tailored to the needs of motorcyclists that would help riders enjoy their sport in the safest way possible, while not compromising the experience and freedom that comes with riding.
“Riding a Harley-Davidson is an immensely personal experience. Every rider, every bike, and every ride is centered in self-expression and personal preference, and because of this, we need to create products which seamlessly integrate into this experience,” said Schauf.
The first product to be announced is The Seventy2 Moto H-D also known as the PRO SHELL H-D. Using the newly designed Seventy2 Pro backpack as a platform, Uncharted added motorcycle-specific features designed to elevate any rider’s experience.
A hyper-reflective backpack cover pulls out and attaches to external mounting points, simulating the visibility of a traffic cone in case of a breakdown. A custom hydration bladder and harness to run a hose up to your helmet without flapping in the wind keeps a rider hydrated on long rides. Cushioned hip straps work with an included strap, creating multiple motorcycle attachment points, and hyper-smooth closed-back padding reduces grip and keeps clothing from riding up while riding.
Colorways include olive green, black, grey and orange, and The Seventy2 Moto H-D will ship for this holiday season. While this licensing agreement not only positions Uncharted as a new adventure preparedness brand in the motorcycle space, it aims to attract the young, hip, outdoor-adventurers in the industry.
This pack will be the first in a family of products in this partnership. “This is an exciting partnership for our brand and myself personally. Working with one of the most iconic brands in the world is a testament to the innovation and quality of Uncharted products,” said Schauf. The two teams will continue to work closely together on all elements of the agreement and are excited to see where this relationship will take both brands in the future. Bags will be available for purchase online and in stores by this Black Friday.
