Seattle, WA (January 27, 2020) – MiiR, an award-winning social enterprise and certified B Corp, introduces Re:Claimed by MiiR. Inspired by a restored 1966 Tucker 442 Sno-Cat pulled from a junkyard, Re:Claimed is the first circular drinkware line, transforming what’s been used by making it useful again. Instead of throwing out the returned, scratched and dented, misprinted, and warrantied items, MiiR saves, sorts, and either refinishes or transforms each vessel into something useful. In other words, every Re:Claimed cup is given a new life of purpose.
“We are excited to launch Re:Claimed and create a new line of products from items we take back that need a little extra care,” said MiiR Founder and CEO Bryan Papé. “This move allows us to continue to innovate while entering the circular economy.”
Re:Claimed by MiiR sorts returned drinkware into two categories: 1) those with cosmetic defects or misprints that can be overprinted or reconditioned into upcycled Re:Claimed drinkware; and 2) those with scratches and dents that can be refurbished and transformed into other useful Re:Claimed items such as a candle, pencil storage, or planter. MiiR is working with industry partners who are also doing good for the planet to help extend the useful life of these products.
The current Re:Claimed product line includes:
Re:Claimed by MiiR Camp Cup. The MiiR Sno-Cat, completely refurbished and brought back to life by Papé, is the inspiration for the line and the centerpiece of the Re:Claimed logo. It’s only fitting that the logo is the focal point for the reconditioned Camp Cup.
Re:Claimed by MiiR soy candle. Handcrafted in Seattle by friends of MiiR at Good & Well Supply Co., this candle, hand-poured into a refurbished MiiR Camp Cup, evokes the clean scent of the West and provides hours of burn time.
Re:Claimed by MiiR pencil holder. A sandblasted Tumbler designed to hold pencils, pens, or whatever you need close at hand. Comes with a 6-pack of The Good Pencil Company pencils.

MiiR’s Re:Claimed products will be on display alongside the Sno-Cat, the inspiration for the line, at their booth (#53121-UL) at the upcoming Outdoor Retailer Snow Show from January 29-31 at the Denver Convention Center. MiiR will be serving Corvus Coffee daily in Re:Claimed Camp Cups for a suggested donation of $10 with proceeds benefiting Women’s Wilderness, one of the company’s Colorado-based nonprofit partners.
