Stockholm, Sweden (Nov. 14, 2024) POC, the Swedish brand known for pushing boundaries in sports safety and protection, this week launched a new seasonal collection for the upcoming winter season led by refined design language across its range of innovative and high-performance products. Cleaner lines and confident colors come together to enhance established and award-winning silhouettes and offer a new perspective on life and safety on the slopes. 

The new season collection includes a series of innovative and updated products, such as the Raw Capsule Collection, a helmet and goggle collection that forges simplicity and technicality together to provide a unique insight into protection, and a brand-new Fornix BC helmet. In addition, a host of technical updates to race and apparel styles are included in new season colors. All of these will be available in store and online starting in November.

Key Highlights of the New Seasonal Collection

New Loft Parka
The award-winning Loft Parka has been optimized for even greater warmth and comfort, crafted with water-resistant, recycled Thermocore insulation and reinforced zones for added durability. Its pre-shaped design allows for maximum freedom of movement, making it ideal for mountain conditions. The Loft Parka will be available in a fresh seasonal color, Natrolite Beige, along with additional colorways like Apatite Navy, Pargasite Green, Gibbsite Green, and Prismane Red, complementing the existing palette.

Fornix BC Helmet
A new iteration of the classic Fornix helmet, the Fornix BC (Backcountry) is specifically tailored for wilderness adventurers. Enhanced with an NFC digital ID chip and Recco reflector, the helmet prioritizes user safety in remote areas by enabling digital communication when it’s needed most. This model also features Mips technology, Aramid panels, and advanced ventilation, taking the Fornix series to the next level in backcountry safety.

Raw Capsule Collection
The season-exclusive Raw capsule collection combines simplicity with high-tech design, offering transparency into the safety layers built into each piece. Constructed with translucent materials, the collection reveals the intricate technologies and materials that make up each product. Nellestam added, “The Raw collection embodies our commitment to transparency and the science behind protection. We’re proud to showcase the layers of technology supporting safety in this unique capsule.”

Alongside the new products, POC’s updated design language will be reflected across its entire product line. This refined aesthetic includes updated logos, a monochromatic color scheme, and greater cohesion across product designs, all while retaining the award-winning technology that defines the brand.
