IRocker launched its Nautical Kids paddle board. Founder and CEO Steve Elder worked closely with his kids to perfect the detail and design of the smaller and lighter boards.
“Drifting through the water on a board is one of our favorite things to do as a family, but we used to find ourselves crammed onto a large board which made it difficult to maneuver on the water,” said Elder. “Our Nautical Kids board solves the problem of having to share a board or put a child on a large board with a too-tall paddle. We believe exploring the outdoors should start early and be accessible to everyone, and having a board specifically sized for petite paddlers is a game-changer for explorers.”
The boards are designed for ages eight and up and petite adults. The nine-foot lightweight board, available in four colors, comes with a shorter, lighter paddle to make paddle strokes easier on the smaller board. Although new, the design is constructed with the same material and technology as the original Nautical boards featuring a 32-inch width for stability. The boards are also compatible with iRocker’s accessories and feature a front and rear bungee storage area for gear and a wheel option.
