Gnarly Nutrition announced the addition of Gnarly Creatine to its product lineup, replacing the discontinued Gnarly Pump. 

“Pump was a great product,” said Shannon O’Grady, CPO, Gnarly. “But the new Gnarly Creatine will be unflavored so that it can be mixed in any preferred beverage, and one serving will contain only 5 grams of Creapure Creatine Monohydrate—nothing else. Creapure is the highest standard for creatine, and the unflavored option will fit seamlessly into the full Gnarly nutritional system.” 

Creatine is a substance that is found naturally in muscle cells. It helps muscles produce energy during heavy lifting or high-intensity exercise. Gnarly Creatine is intended to be used daily, before or after a workout, and can be layered in with other Gnarly products. 

Gnarly uses only natural ingredients, and all its products are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and NSF for Sport Certified.
