New Element collection features athlete-driven design, timeless style
Darn Tough Vermont, the fastest growing American manufacturer of premium performance outdoor and lifestyle socks, takes aim at the growing number of multi-sport, cross-training athletes with their new Athletic line. Influenced and inspired by the popularity of obstacle course racing, CrossFit, and trail running, the Athletic line features technical construction utilizing fine-gauge merino wool and provides a next-to-skin fit with a minimalist, street-style aesthetic.

After extensive testing and development of over two dozen prototypes in Darn Tough’s own Northfield, Vermont mill, the Athletic line hits the mark with a timeless design available in four heights and three colors each for both men and women. The collection, named the Element, looks great both in the gym and on the trail, created for modern multisport athletes to wear while training and for everyday comfort and style. Targeted cushioning is found under the ball of the foot and extends higher up the back of the heel, to provide added abrasion resistance and increased durability. Seamless mesh ventilation wraps around the midfoot to lock in a superior fit while delivering overall increased comfort.

Darn Tough is introducing their first-ever, limited-edition colorway offering in their best-selling Hike Micro Crew Midweight with Cushion silhouette.
