With a 40-year legacy of manufacturing gym equipment for commercial and home use, Precor announced a strategic global distribution agreement with Giant Group subsidiary SPIA Cycling, Inc., the new owner of Stages Cycling.

Under the terms of the agreement, Precor will serve as the North American distributor for Stages Cycling’s commercial product lines, with distribution rights expanding to additional regions worldwide. By leveraging Precor’s sales, service and distribution network across over 100 countries, Stages Cycling products will reach commercial clubs, hospitality venues, educational institutions, multi-family residential complexes, corporate wellness centers, country clubs, and other commercial facilities.

Stages Cycling’s product lineup includes the Stages SC3, favored by fitness operators, and the SC2, the top-selling bike in the global boutique cycling sector. Additionally, Stages Studio offers cloud-based advanced data analysis, group display and indoor cycling experiences.

Dustin Grosz, CEO of Precor, stated, “Stages Cycling is a global leader in the cycling industry, with products trusted by professional cyclists and indoor cycling studios worldwide. We are excited to bring their innovative cycling products to our customers who seek best-in-class equipment backed by reliable service and support.”

Paddy Murray, VP of global sales and marketing at SPIA Cycling, added, “We are delighted to partner with Precor, a company that shares our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service. This agreement will enable us to better support our existing customers and markets while providing exceptional service and support, ultimately helping us grow our market share.”

SPIA Cycling Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Giant Group Taiwan and acquired the Stages Cycling brand in September 2024. Stages Cycling, with offices in Boulder, CO, launched the Stages Power Meter in 2012 and in 2015 expanded into the commercial fitness market with the SC Bike series.
