Prana released its cold-weather active collection for Fall/Winter 2022.

The Alpine Air series and Insulo Stretch Hooded Jackets use PrimaLoft P.U.R.E Black technology which “reduces carbon emissions by 70 percent during the production process. This carbon offset is equivalent to more than 10,500 trees capturing a year’s worth of CO2 from the atmosphere.”*

The Alpine Air series and Insulo Stretch Hooded Jackets for men and women are designed for everyday wear and can be worn as a stand-alone outerwear jacket or as a mid-layer under a rain shell. In addition to 60g PrimaLoft P.U.R.E Black synthetic fill insulation, they feature bluesign approved recycled fabric and are treated with a PFAS-free DWR. The Alpine Air Vest,  Jacket and Hooded Jacket are lightweight and pack down into a pocket. The Insulo Stretch Hooded Jacket features a 4-way stretch for full range of motion.

The women’s Ice Flow line accompanies the brand’s debut into the cold-weather active space. Comprised of four styles—Long Sleeve Top, Half-Zip Top, Jacket ($140), and Legging, this series combines outdoor lifestyle with yoga/active and is suited as a second layer for cold weather wear. The bluesign product is produced in a Fair Trade Certified Factory and features a peached face fabric with a brushed interior. Tops feature zip pockets and extended sleeves with thumbholes.

Additional FW22 collection highlights include:

  • ReZion Men’s Stretch Zion AT Pant and Women’s Halle AT Straight Pant featuring a double-weave dobby in Prana’s ReZion fabric, which adds durability and warmth for fall and winter hikes. Made with bluesign approved fabric in a Fair Trade Certified Factory, UPF50+ rated, and finished with a PFAS-free DWR
  • Wensley Tops Men’s Crew and Quarter-Zip, Women’s Crew, and Half-Zip are bluesign products made with a recycled polyester/RWS-wool blend waffle-knit fabric in a Fair Trade Certified Factory and feature thumbholes at the cuff.
  • Women’s Alpenglow Tops are designed as a first layer, made with a recycled polyester blend jersey for wicking moisture. Bluesign product/Fair Trade Certified Factory. Available in three styles: Tank, Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve.
