Pou Sheng International (Holdings), Ltd. appointed Li-Chieh Chen as its chief financial officer, replacing Yuang-Whang Liao.
Liao resigned as the company’s CFO due to job relocation to the headquarter’s of Pou Chen Corporation, a company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and a controlling shareholder of Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Ltd., Pou Sheng’s parent.
Chen was the deputy CFO of the company, and he was also a director and supervisor of certain subsidiaries of the company. Chen joined Pou Sheng in May 2020, in charge of finance and taxation of its Retail Business Unit.
