Pony International LLC appointed Nathan Crary VP of research and development and also named David Corsi as VP of sales. Prior to joining Pony, Nathan Crary was president of Velocy Performance Footwear, while Corsi history has included positions as key account manager for New Balance, VP of Global Sales for Dada Footwear, and others.
Crary also worked at Dada Footwear as VP of research & development, Nike Advance Products Division, and Avia.

In transactions completed recently, Infinity Associates LLC and Symphony Holdings Ltd. acquired 100% of Pony International. California based Infinity Associates and Hong Kong based Symphony Holdings have teamed up in previous acquisitions, including Converse Inc. in 2001 and Haggar Corp. in 2005.
