Seattle Manufacturing Corporation has decided after extensive analysis and consideration to make a significant change to how their products are marketed and distributed in the Work and Rescue Markets. Effective immediately, SMC Work and Rescue products will only be available through the dealer network of Pigeon Mountain Industries (PMI).

Previously SMC had used both PMI and CMC as distributors in the Work and Rescue Markets. “It is widely known that CMC is shifting its focus to CMC branded products which are made by contract manufacturers,” explains Mark Harman, SMC Sales and Marketing Manager. “In doing so, they are moving away from many well respected, highly capable and reliable manufacturers with brands that are the industry standard in their respective categories. We have chosen to remain independent, believing that the industry is best served by maintaining our high levels of quality assurance.”
