Planet Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: PLNT) appointed Frances Gregg Rathke to the Planet Fitness Board of Directors’ Audit Committee.
Chris Rondeau, CEO of Planet Fitness, said, “I am excited to welcome Fran, a seasoned financial executive, to our Board of Directors. Rathke’s previous positions include CFO and treasurer of Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., interim CFO for Wild Oats Markets, Inc., CFO and secretary for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. and senior manager for Coopers & Lybrand LLC.
