Pickleball Kingdom announced that franchisees Dhaval Patel and Sanjay Patel, co-leaders of Pickleball X, will open a new venue in Centerville, OH, on Main Street. The 36,000-square-foot space will include 13 indoor professional-grade pickleball courts with a target opening in April 2025.
The Patels have extensive experience managing service businesses, franchises and large-scale developments. Dhaval Patel said, “The rapid growth of pickleball excites us, and our mission is to make this incredible sport accessible to everyone. We believe life is better with pickleball, and we’re eager to bring that philosophy to Centerville.”
The Centerville sports center will also offer members coaching and clinics, youth programs, leagues and tournaments, and community and corporate events.
