In an effort to create a more intimate experience for its consumers, Performance Bicycle is set to open two new retail locations and relocate and remodel two other locations in Pennsylvania and California.
Scheduled to open July 23, the new locations offer a unique store design that aims to make cycling retail more fun and user-friendly. By targeting both existing cyclers, as well as inexperienced riders, Performance is attempting to boost customer awareness and create a go-to source for consumers of all ages and skill levels. The stores will be located in Woodland Hills, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Oxnard, CA and Allentown, PA.
Incorporated into the new design scheme, new Performance stores will feature an all-new Spin Doctor service area that offers free bike fitting with every bike purchase as well as repair and customization services for all cyclists. To aid in the education of their consumers, Spin Doctor departments are staffed by experienced ‘Spin Doctor Certified’ mechanics who can service and repair all brands of bikes and offer advice on everything from bikes and gear to the best places to ride.
