Blue Ridge Real Estate Company and Big Boulder Corporation have entered into a long term agreement with Peak Resorts whereby Peak Resorts will operate Jack Frost Mountain and Big Boulder ski areas.
Peak Resorts, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, will take over the operation of the two ski areas for the upcoming 2005-2006 season; Peak Resorts will now operate nine ski facilities throughout the United States.
