In a continuing effort to develop a their management team and streamline business practices, Sport Brands International CEO Jon Epstein has named Paul Dudek as VP Business Integration for the company.
In his new role, Mr. Dudek will assume global responsibility for leading the supply chain initiatives as part of the acquisition integration. He has successfully completed business process improvement programs at Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Dudek, 52, comes to Fila as one of the most highly regarded experts in global business integration in the world. His industry experience has earned him an unparalleled reputation across a number of industries. Mr. Dudek has extensive and diverse financial and operational experience in varied domestic and international consumer, commercial, financing, defense and manufacturing enterprises. Dudek has experience in growth, start-up, fix-it, divesture, acquisition and integration business activities.
Most recently, Dudek was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Raytheon Aircraft Company. At Raytheon, Dudek streamlined the business by identifying cost cutting and cost avoidance initiatives as well as implemented a sales and operating planning process for improved financial accuracy.
Before his time at Raytheon, Dudek was the Vice President Finance at York International Corporation in Aarhus, Denmark where he was responsible for worldwide financial and information technology activities of 67 consolidated operating businesses.
Mr. Dudek has held executive team positions at Stellex Microwave Systems as well as at Allied Signal, Inc. Most of his professional career was spent at General Electric, were he started as a Manager in the Accounting Department and throughout the years was promoted within the company to his most recent position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GE Capital Services.

Mr. Dudek is a native of Warren, Ohio and a graduate of the Youngstown State University. Mr. Dudek and his wife Jan currently reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his free time, Mr. Dudek enjoys traveling and hiking. Mr. Dudek will spend most of his time in Europe in Fila’s office in Biella, Italy.
