Southern Indoor Football League has inked a deal to have Palmgard International, Inc. become the official glove of the SIFL. The partnership will allow for Palmgard International, Inc. extensive marketing opportunities benefiting from the SIFL's concept of bringing affordable family entertainment to fans across the South.
“We have had a lot of great working relationships with athletes on the collegiate and high school levels for many years,” says Palmgard Inc. Founder Charles Webster. “This agreement will help us take it to the next level and gives us a much better opportunity to highlight our brand and our products on the professional level.”
Founded in 1988, Palmgard International, Inc. is headquartered in Randallstown, MD, and has become one of the premier manufactures of football and baseball gloves for both professional and amateur athletes.
“In the past our players were responsible for having there own gloves which majority of the time would not last throughout the season,” says SIFL President Thom Hager. “Palmgard not only delivers a great product for our players, but establishes uniformity in the SIFL; something other indoor football leagues lack.”
