Outdoor Research released its Fall 2022 collection of technical outdoor apparel and gear in a range of inclusive sizes. Styles 
include:
- Hemispheres II Jacket and Bibs, offering stretch in a waterproof/breathable ski kit;
- SuperStrand LT insulation collection with new synthetic insulation that mimics down clusters to hold shape in the garment; and
- Prevail and Sureshot heated gloves.
The collection, in winter- and ski-specific styles, is also made for consumers who require plus and extended sizing and includes the Snowcrew Jacket and Pants, Superstrand Hoodie, Helium Down Hoodie, and Coldfront Down Jacket. Outdoor Research added more than twenty new cold-weather tops, bottoms, gloves, and hats to its plus and extended-size range (XXS to 4X) and different layers designed to work as a system.
With the Fall 2022 collection, the company increased the amount of sustainable and recycled materials, which its design team has been focused on.
With the Fall 2022 collection, Outdoor Research has also aligned behind a new brand ethos, Trusted Gear for You to Thrive Outside, a nod to the driving force behind product creation since Ron Gregg founded the company in 1981.
