Osprey Packs announced it will match contributions to the dZi Foundation to help raise funds to help Nepal’s most remote communities recover from the recent, devastating earthquake.

“Based in Colorado, the dZi Foundation is a trusted friend and neighbor to the Osprey family,” said Sam Mix, Osprey Packs Marketing Outreach Manager. “With a full time staff of Nepali nationals on the ground, dZi is uniquely positioned to aid in the long term, reconstruction efforts that will be needed in these underserved communities in remote regions of the Himalaya.”

The dZi Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Ridgway, CO with a full-time staff of 20 Nepali nationals working between their headquarters in Kathmandu and the remote communities where their projects take place.
The foundation currently serves almost 30,000 people in an expanding network of remote villages, focusing primarily on basic infrastructure like school buildings, toilets, drinking water systems and bridges as well as agriculture initiatives.
