OrderMyGear (OMG) announced that Leonid Rozkin has been promoted to chief financial officer.

Rozkin’s promotion aligns with OMG’s vision to take the company into the next phase of growth by investing in leadership, talent and professionals with industry and SaaS experience.

OMG said that in 2020 it would drive new standards around technology in the team and promotional product industries by building out a platform that simplifies the group ordering process and modernizes the way dealers and distributors compete in the market. To support the effort, OMG plans to double current engineering, sales and service teams.

OMG’s CEO, Dave Dutch, commented on the promotion, “Leo brings the experience and attitude required to help lead OMG into the next stage of our business as we expand offerings and accelerate growth. He is the type of versatile CFO that adds value at multiple levels. We are lucky to have Leo on the team.”

Rozkin brings over a decade of private equity, investment banking and financial experience to OMG. During his tenure at JPMorgan, Rozkin helped several SaaS companies go public and advised on the largest SaaS transaction at the time, totaling $8B. Prior to OMG, Rozkin was vice president at Francisco Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm with $14 billion of assets raised and where he was responsible for nine software investments representing $4B+ of enterprise value.

“At OMG, the team is everything. We are fortunate to have a strong culture of OMG’ers who are passionate about making our clients successful,” Rozkin remarked. “Over the past year, it has become clear that there is a tremendous opportunity to help our clients grow by providing technology that solves for the future trends in our industry — we are proud to be at the forefront of that movement. It’s been a fun ride, and we couldn’t be more excited for 2020.”
