Opkix Inc., a Costa Mesa, CA.-based maker of tiny cameras and an integrated social content app, announced the acquisition of the PogoCam brand and its associated intellectual property, including its patent portfolio. The acquisition will immediately add to Opkix, Inc.’s growing portfolio of products, patents and information.

Opkix, Inc.’s Patent Purchase Agreement with PogoTec, Inc. is effective May 7, 2020 and includes eight U.S. patents, four foreign patents, 13 U.S. pending patent applications, and 48 pending foreign patent applications.
