Garb and Gear Source for Sports in Owen Sound in Southwestern Ontario is closing as its owners, Brian and Janice Warrilow, are retiring.
The sporting goods store first launched in Goderich in 1976 and moved to Owen Sound in 1983.
“It’s a long time. A lot of relationships, a lot of good friends from the relationships we’ve built,” Brian Warrilow told Bayshore Broadcasting. “It’s just all of that.”
