The National Retail Federation (NRF) reported that Jill Dvorak returned to the organization as senior vice president of content. Dvorak previously served at the NRF as vice president of content and retail strategy from 2017 to 2022.
In her new role with the NRF, Dvorak will leverage her industry experience to identify issues and opportunities to deliver relevant content. She will also oversee engagement with the NRF’s Digital Council and Marketing Executives Council and support the ongoing development of its international portfolio.
“We are delighted to welcome back Jill Dvorak to NRF. Her background and expertise will play a key role in NRF’s commitment to provide innovative content and exceptional value for our members,” said NRF President and CEO Matthew Shay. “Jill’s experience in the retail industry will create new avenues for NRF to reach stakeholder audiences and advance the greater interests of retailers, their associates and the customers they serve in communities large and small across the globe.”
Before returning to the NRF, Dvorak was the chief content officer at CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketers at retail and direct-to-consumer brands. She oversaw content development across CommerceNext’s annual conference, executive summit, webinars, and other initiatives.
“I am inspired by NRF’s commitment to championing retail and its work in empowering retail employees and businesses with the tools they need to succeed,” Dvorak said. “I am thrilled to return to NRF and look forward to continuing the organization’s remarkable efforts in informing and engaging new audiences about the retail industry.”
Dvorak’s background also includes e-commerce, marketing and technology roles at National Geographic, Discovery Communications and Encyclopedia Britannica.
