Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open two new Nordstrom Rack stores in Melbourne and Sarasota, Florida, in fall 2025 and spring 2026, respectively.

“We look forward to being a part of the Melbourne and Sarasota communities and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in these regions and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”

Lionello added that “customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”

In Melbourne, the 24,000-square-foot space will be located in The Avenue Viera, a shopping center that includes Lululemon, Sephora, Lilly Pulitzer, and Sur La Table. The Avenue Viera is owned and managed by WS Development.

The 27,000-square-foot store in Sarasota will be located in the Sarasota Pavilion, a shopping center that includes Publix, Ross Dress For Less, and Marshalls. InvenTrust Properties owns and manages Sarasota Pavilion.

Nordstrom’s second quarter ended August 2 with 269 Rack locations, up from 247 a year ago. At the time, Nordstrom had opened 11 Rack stores in 2024, with plans to add another 12 in the back-half and nine planned for 2025.
