Available at retail in late summer, Nite Ize will introduce its portable Radiant RH1 PowerSwitch and Radiant RH2 PowerSwitch Rechargeable Headlamps with multi-mode functions with rechargeable, alkaline batteries.

Radiant RH1 PowerSwitch Rechargeable Headlamp offers 600 lumens and six modes. With independent dual-button control, users can select from flood and spot modes, including a red mode to preserve night vision. Fueled by PowerSwitch technology, RH1 runs on its included rechargeable, removable battery pack or with 3-AAA alkaline batteries (not included). The headlamp was drop-tested and offers a weather-resistant body that tilts 90 degrees, runs up to 18.5 hours on low, and recharges in three and a half hours via a micro USB cable (not included).
Radiant RH2 PowerSwitch Rechargeable ultra-bright light, ultra-light rechargeable headlamp casts a maximum of 700 lumens, weighing 75 grams. Independent buttons activate seven flood and spot modes, including red and red flash for emergencies. RH2 is powered by PowerSwitch technology, running on its included rechargeable, removable battery pack or 3-AAA alkaline batteries (not included). Waterproof-submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes (IPX7) and drop-tested to 2 meters and adjustable, running up to 18 hours on low and recharging in three and a half hours via micro USB cable (not included), RH2 is available in Black/Grey and Blue/Grey.
