NikeLab has collaborated with Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director for Menswear, Kim Jones, on a new and colorful collection of apparel and footwear that blends street, sport and travel.
The high-fashion designer, who claims to have 500-600 pairs of sneakers in his archive, looked to Nike’s heritage Air Maxes for inspiration for the design and silhouettes of the new NikeLab Air Zoom LWP x Kim Jones footwear (the upper references the original design).
The shoes will also come with shoe bags. NikeLab said the overarching theme of the collection is packability and Jones’ love for travel.
The Packable Sport Style collection will be available July 23 at NikeLab online and select NikeLab retailers.
