Nike reached a deal with Levi Strauss, while adidas reached one with Diesel to come out with co-branded denim lines.

Nike said its Jordan Brand formed a collaborative partnership to jointly-develop a Jordan Levi's Collection. The men's only line will be named the 23/501 collection and will arrive in stores starting in March 2008. As part of the project, the two brands created a collection pairing the Air Jordan Retro 1 style sneakers with a pair of co-branded Levi's Original 501 jeans and a signature T-shirt featuring graphic artwork taken from both brands.  All three pieces will be sold together as a set and will come enclosed in a co-branded package.

adidas Originals and Diesel entered a four-year product collaboration to introduce the adidas Originals Denim by Diesel collection. Two male and female jeans models will be available exclusively at adidas Originals stores worldwide.
