Nielsen Holdings B.V., which owns the Outdoor Retailer and Interbike trade shows, has priced its IPO at $22 a share, according to an S1 filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.


The company expects to sell 71.5 million shares at $20 to $22 a share to raise $1.57 billion. The company has applied to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol 'NLSN.'


The company also said it plans to offer $250 million in mandatory convertible subordinated bonds due in 2013.
