New Balance has become the presenting sponsor of the 2008 ZOOMA Women's Race Series, a new national series of women's running events. New Balance will provide all 2008 ZOOMA race participants with performance apparel and will participate in the ZOOMA post-race parties, encouraging runners and celebrating their accomplishments.  This partnership is part of New Balance's new brand campaign (“LOVE/hate. this is the New Balance”) that highlights the runner's complex love/hate relationship with running.

“New Balance is eager to work with ZOOMA, an exciting new concept in road races,” said Dan Green, integrated marketing at New Balance. “Aligning ourselves with the ZOOMA series enables us to specifically reach out to women in a fun, engaging way and allows us to continue to highlight our innovative performance products.”

New Balance manufactures technologically innovative performance products for women, men and children and works diligently to partner with organizations committed to performing services for the betterment of society. ZOOMA Women's Race Series is a new concept in women's health and fitness that inspires women to achieve a challenging fitness goal with more perks and bigger parties than typical co-ed races.

“We are proud to partner with New Balance as a presenting sponsor in 2008,” said Brae Blackley, executive director of ZOOMA Women's Race Series. “New Balance offers excellent running footwear and apparel, and the brand shares our passion for inspiring women to lead healthy and active lives.”
