New Balance has further expanded its apparel deal with Boston College to include the Eagles’ football program, marking the brand’s first partnership with a football school.
Beginning with the upcoming 2025 season, New Balance will produce all BC Football apparel and footwear and introduce its first American football cleats.
Boston College has worn New Balance gear in all sports except football since 2021. The Eagles football program has worn Adidas since 2021 after wearing Under Armour from 2010 to 2020.
New Balance did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
“Boston College is thrilled to grow in its relationship with New Balance. Since 2021, BC has been proud to align with New Balance, a Boston-based company that is a premium, world-class athletic brand,” stated William V. Campbell Director of Athletics Blake James. “Serving as their flagship school in the collegiate athletics space, New Balance has demonstrated its commitment to Boston College by providing significant resources and the highest quality product lines to all of our teams and student-athletes.
