New Balance Canada announced the addition of Stephen Smith to the New Balance Canada leadership team as national sales manager.
Smith comes to NB with a broad base of experience in his 25 years in our industry and has held leadership positions in buying, design, development, sourcing prior to a senior leadership as the senior vice president – specialty brands at RMP Athletic Locker Ltd.
Smith assumes responsibility for NB Canadas sales organization through direct management of the Key Account, Independent and Tech Rep teams. He will also leverage his wealth of experience in product and merchandising to oversee the channel and product management teams as New Balance Canada continues to develop its market leading segmentation strategies in the Canadian market.
Smiths first day was March 4th, 2013 and he is located in the NB Canada Head Office in Mississauga Ontario.
