Shoe Carnival, Inc. has announced an executive promotion.
Jay Neisen has been promoted to assistant vice president of real estate, from his former position as Shoe Carnival's in-house real estate counsel. Jay joined Shoe Carnival in July of 2004. Prior to becoming real estate counsel to Shoe Carnival, Jay maintained a solo law practice concentrating in commercial real estate transactions. His clients included numerous major real estate developers and retail real estate investors. Before opening his own law practice, Jay served as associate general counsel to Zimmer Development Company of Wilmington, North Carolina, a developer of larger regional and power centers.
