Neff Headwear LLC and Mad Engine Inc. signed a manufacturing and sale license agreement between the two companies. Neff and Mad Engine will work in partnership to expand the reach of Neff’s young men’s co-branded licensed apparel and accessory businesses and to maximize the potential of the Neff Youth business.
Under the terms of the arrangement, both companies will collaborate on licensed product design with Mad Engine handling sourcing, production and fulfillment. The agreement also provides Mad Engine with exclusive rights to design and market the Neff youth business including Neff branded and licensed co-branded apparel and accessories.
Neff founder and CEO Shaun Neff commended “We are so fortunate to have access to highly coveted licenses from Disney, Star Wars, Warner Brothers and others, and we’re excited to partner with Danish and his Mad Engine team to help us further activate these globally recognized character and entertainment assets.” He added, “We’re also hyped to find a partner who’s eager to help our Neff Youth business reach its full potential.”
