Seattle-based Mountain Safety Research (MSR) introduced three products to its Titanium cookware collection for spring 2024—the Titan Double Wall Mug, Titan Long Spoon and Titan Spork.

MSR also “refreshed” its cookware collection with updates to its Titan Kettle and 450ml Titan Cup for thru-hikers and gram counters.

“As more adventurers turn to minimalist gear to decrease pack weight, we are excited to launch the updated Titan line for those looking for the best in lightweight durability,” said Kalon Pilmanis, vice president of Product Development. “We also reimagined how everything in the lineup nests together, as we know space is another priority for ultralight backpackers. In addition to the kettles and mugs fitting together stacked inside one another, a stove and/or fuel canister can also be combined so that everything needed for cooking on the trail can be packed together nicely.”

The Titan expanded collection for S24 includes:

  •  A Double Wall Mug with heat retention in an ultralight package with a plastic sipper lid;
  • Long Spoon and Spork that are ultralight and extra-long. The spoon includes a carabiner loop, the spork includes a handle carabiner loop;
  • A Kettle in 900- and 1400ml sizes with improved spouts and silicone-coated handles that fold closed for packing. A snug-fit lid and updated knob design with internal graduation marks make for easy volume measuring. The 900ml Kettle weighs 4.6 ounces. The 1400 ml Kettle weighs 5.7 ounces; and
  • Titan Cup (450ml) with silicon lip saver band, silicone-coated handles that fold closed for packing and internal graduation marks for easy volume measuring.

The 900ml Titan Kettle nests inside the 1400mL Kettle, and the Titan Cup nests inside the 900ml Kettle. For more product information, go here.
