Mission-ITECH Hockey has entered into a multi-year agreement with NHL Enterprises L.P. (NHL), which will now see the company’s ITECH brand designated as the Official Visor and Goalie Mask of the league.

As a result of this partnership, the NHL Shield will begin appearing on all ITECH facial and goalie mask products and packaging in 2008.  For its part, MIH has committed significant advertising dollars to help promote the joint venture through its various marketing channels.  The company also plans to launch uniquely designed visor and mask concepts for special NHL events, among which include the All-Star Game and Stanley Cup Final.

Randy Burns, VP of Marketing for MIH, commented, “We have been a proud NHL partner for several years now, and this recent agreement is another example of how both parties continue to actively grow the relationship for the benefit of everyone involved, including all 30 NHL clubs who will now receive a significant supply of ITECH visors and masks for their players.”

Richard Villani, Senior Manager NHL Enterprises, stated, “The NHL recognizes that ITECH has long been, and continues to be the industry leader in the ice hockey facial protection and goalie mask product categories.  We are pleased to partner with the Mission-ITECH Hockey and look forward to executing mutually planned product campaigns. ”
