Quiksilver, Inc. announced that Michael Gray has resigned from its Board of Directors effective Monday, June 23. Gray joined the Quiksilver Board of Directors in 1991


“We appreciate the many contributions that Mike has made to our company while serving on our Board,” said Robert McKnight, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Quiksilver, Inc. “During his tenure with the company, Quiksilver has grown tremendously and expanded globally. Along the way, Mike has used his own personal business success to continually provide us with solid business advice and we thank him for his many years of dedicated service.”

As I depart, I want to express my appreciation to the Quiksilver team and extend my best wishes.”
