The March of Dimes plans to honor Big 5 Sporting Goods for raising $3.5
million in the past decade for the non-profit foundation. The
74-year-old organization strives to prevent birth defects and infant
mortality.
At an upcoming luncheon,
Steve Miller, CEO, will accept the Outstanding Achievement Award for Big
5 Sporting Goods. Others recognized will be Gary West, Regional
Supervisor, Big 5, and Rick Gridley, Director of Public Affairs, Big 5.
