Manduka, a maker of high-performance yoga gear, recently appointed Pamela Levine to the position of vice president of sales.




An avid yoga practitioner and seasoned executive in the action sports and sporting goods industry, Levine brings with her a strong understanding of the current retail landscape and success in building meaningful and profitable brand partnerships. Levine’s role will be

 

focused on leading the Manduka team to continue to provide top tier service to the yoga community while expanding distribution channels to a core set of, premier and likeminded retailers. Manduka hopes to make the brand’s premium products available to more people nationwide, inspiring the practice of yoga.

Levine’s diverse experience includes senior sales management, merchandising, marketing and consulting specifically in the consumer goods industry. She was formerly VP of sales at Roxy, where she was directly responsible for specialty stores, department stores, national and regional chains and online accounts,. Levine also held management positions at athletic brand Saucony, Vida Shoes and Hybrid Apparel.

Levine is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where she earned a bachelor’s degree of science in mathematics and a masters of science in sport management.


Levine and the Manduka team will be making an appearance at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market August 2-5 in booth #PV266 where they will be showcasing the brand’s innovative line of yoga mats (including the marketplace’s signature, lifetime guaranteed PRO line), moisture wicking towels and props including new to market recycled foam blocks and a line of natural travel bags.
