Macy’s announced that Daniel Leppo has been named senior vice president and general merchandising manager for Men’s and Kids’. Leppo most recently served as Bloomingdale’s senior vice president and general merchandising manager, overseeing Cosmetics, Menswear, Children’s, and Home.
Leppo will lead and drive the Men’s and Kid’s merchandise organization in his new role, focusing on curated assortments that align with customer demand and market trends. He reporting to Nata Dvir, chief merchandising officer at Macy’s.

With deep expertise in Men’s fashion, strong industry partnerships and a recognized brand builder, I’m confident Dan will successfully lead the Men’s and Kids’ business. As we aim to inspire and excite our customers with our assortment, his work will be crucial in strengthening and reimagining Macy’s in our Bold New Chapter.“
Leppo started his career at Bloomingdale’s as an intern and was part of the executive training program. He has held numerous leadership positions across Bloomingdale’s, from buyer to VP, DMM, Menswear, to SVP, Northeast Stores and, most recently, as GMM overseeing Cosmetics, Menswear, Children’s & Home.
