L.L.Bean announced it will open a new location at the Freehold Raceway Mall, the company’s third retail store in New Jersey.
It also has stores in operates locations in Marlton and Paramus in the state.
The 25,000-square-foot location will open in a vacated Borders book tstore and is slated to open in mid-September. The store is expected to employ 100 people.

The new store will feature L.L.Bean’s Outdoor Discovery Schools, offering an array of demonstrations, clinics and introductory hands-on activities for activities like kayaking and fly casting.
