SportHill's National and International Sales Manager, Liz Wilson, placed first in the Women's Division of the Seattle Half Marathon.
Wilson placed first in a field of 467 with a winning time of 1:17:5. The Harrisdirect Seattle Marathon, run on November 30, 2003, featured a Half Marathon, Marathon Walk, Half Marathon Walk and Kids Marathon.
Wilson, an accomplished runner, has been a four-time member of the U.S. Team at the World Cross Country Championships. In September, she won a 5K run at Portlands Race for the Cure in a time of 17:16. Wilson was fifth at the U.S. Olympic Women's Marathon Trials in Columbia, S.C. in February 2000. She ran 2:37:45 for a 3rd place finish in the Cal International Marathon in Sacramento in December 1998. A seven-time NCAA All-American at the University of Oregon, Wilson was the Pac-10 3000-meter champion in 1990. Wilson resides in Eugene and has been a SportHill employee since 1991.
