Firearms distributor Lipsey’s promoted company President Flint Virgets to executive industry director and SVP/CFO Mark Emonet to president. He retains his role as CFO.

Virgets, a 35-year veteran of Lipsey’s and longest-tenured employee, shown right, moves into the newly created position focused on strategically enhancing dealer and manufacturer partnerships. He has worked in multiple positions, including customer service, sales management, buyer, and as president. The role of executive industry director will allow Flint to expand and cultivate the company’s industry reach and relationships.

Emonet has led operational roles over his 23-year career at Lipsey’s, shown bottom right, including overseeing building construction, contract negotiations, charitable outreach, logistics management, and company finance. In his new, he will continue to mentor, nurture company culture and oversee day-to-day operations.

Celebrating 70 years, Lipsey’s was formed as a wholesale hunting and fishing distributor in 1953 in Baton Rouge, LA. Today, Lipsey’s is one of the country’s largest independently owned firearms distributors, offering a complete catalog of firearms, NFA items and accessories.
