Line skis and Full Tilt Boots have hired outdoor industry veteran Steven Hartl as its Brand Director. Hartl will be tasked with bringing the brands’ products and messages to market.
The position is a hybrid sales and marketing role that oversees Line and Full Tilt boots. Working with product development, graphic design, marketing, and sales at the global level, Hartl will be tasked to carry out and execute on the brand’s vision while keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry identifying what Line and Full Tilt consumers want and what they don’t know they want yet.
Hartl, a ski enthusiast, has worked in the outdoor industry for nearly 14 years with companies including Summit at Snoqualmie, Sturtevant’s, POW Inc., Outdoor Research, and most recently as U.S. Sales Manager at Line and Full Tilt for the past three years.
“Line and Full Tilt, along with the skiers that have represented the brand, are a big part of what originally opened my eyes to what is possible on skis and, more importantly, how much fun skiing can be,” said Hartl. “My passion for these brands and the impact they’ve had on me personally leaves me in a place where I feel honored and motivated to make this next chapter of Line Skis and Full Tilt Boots one that will exceed the expectations of our loyal fans and inspire coming generations of skiers to get out there and have fun with their friends in the mountains, streets, backyards, or wherever you can slide on skis.”
