LifelineUSA hired Rick Pawlak as VP of sales and Scott Logan as medical rehab product manager. Both new employees have at least 20 years of varied sales and marketing experience within the fitness industry.

“Without question, these hires are an important part of our renewed focus on proactive outreach and relationship building, which will be critical to our continued success and growth moving forward,” said Bill Sotis, president and chief executive officer for LifelineUSA. “We’re certainly excited to have both Rick and Scott onboard and welcome the diversity of experience and leadership they bring to our company.”

In the newly created role of vice president of sales, Pawlak will work closely with Sotis to identify growth opportunities while overseeing the company’s complete day-to-day sales activity. Prior to joining LifelineUSA, Pawlak served as director of retail sales for Fitness Quest, a marketer and distributor of numerous well known aerobic, strength training, home fitness and weight training products. Before Fitness Quest, he held a variety of executive level marketing and sales positions with leading sporting goods companies, including Pacific Cycle and Bushnell Optics.

Logan, the new medical and rehab product manager for LifelineUSA, joins the company after spending more than 20 years in the specialty fitness industry. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior level sales, marketing and product development roles. In fact, he was one of the first mainstream fitness company executives to help develop products that were widely considered a crossover success in the rehabilitation and physical therapy markets. At LifelineUSA, Logan will work closely with a variety of clinicians to ensure the company continues to meet their unique product needs.

LifelineUSA's products include the Portable Gym, Power Wheel and PowRWalk Pro.
