Marking its first athletic country club opening in 2024, Life Time welcomed new members to Life Time Middletown-Red Bank, the company’s eighth club in New Jersey and first in Monmouth County, on February 27 following the late-January opening of its nearby Life Time Work coworking space.
Located off the Garden State Parkway at 230 Half Mile Road in Red Bank, Life Time Middletown-Red Bank employs 230 full and part-time employees as part of the 127,000-square-foot space “dedicated to the pursuit of healthy living for those 90 days to 90+ years old.”

Life Time Work Middletown-Red Bank is the second coworking space in New Jersey located adjacent to the club at the One River Centre office campus at 331 Newman Springs Road. The 45,000-square-foot space features open floor plans with lounge spaces, open desks, with dedicated desks and offices for individuals and companies. Members also have access to an outdoor gathering space, a walkway along the Navesink River and ample parking. Life Time Work premium memberships include club access and access to Life Time Work’s 14 other destinations nationwide.
Life Time debuted in New Jersey in November 2008 with the opening of its Florham Park-based location. Since then, the company has added additional clubs in New Jersey, including Berkeley Heights, Bridgewater (athletic country club and workspace), Hackensack, Middletown (athletic country club and workspace), Montvale, Mount Laurel, and Plainsboro (Life Time Princeton).
