Life Fitness promoted John Kazik to the role of vice president, Americas Consumer Sales and Billiards.
Kazik will be responsible for enhancing the company’s approach to delivering fitness and leisure products and driving growth across all consumer channel sales.
Kazik will continue to lead the billiards business in addition to overseeing the overall consumer strategy by optimizing the channel mix with dealers and distributors, e-commerce operations, retail, and specialty retailers. He will also partner with product development and global sales and marketing to understand direct-to-consumer needs and develop products optimized for target consumer segments.

Kazik has been with Life Fitness and Brunswick for over 22 years holding various leadership roles in finance and general management. Most recently, he served as VP & GM at Brunswick Billiards overseeing the business from a single product category and single distribution channel structure to a multi-product category business selling to an omnichannel environment worldwide.
Kazik is currently based in Bristol, WI, where Brunswick Billiards is headquartered. He will work closely with teams at the Life Fitness headquarters in Rosemont, IL.
Life Fitness manufactures and sells its strength and cardiovascular equipment, billiards tables and accessories, and game room furniture under the brand names Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Indoor Cycling Group, SCIFIT, and Brunswick Billiards.
